By accessing or using LCE Alums ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LCE Alums. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.
2. Eligibility
To use LCE Alums, you must:
- Be an alumnus/alumna of LCE - You must have attended or graduated from LCE
- Be at least 18 years old - Or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate information - All registration details must be truthful and complete
- Maintain one account - You may not create multiple accounts
- Not be impersonating others - Your identity will be verified
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Account Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
- All Activities: Any actions taken under your account
- Accurate Information: Keeping your profile information up to date
- Notification: Informing us immediately of any unauthorized use
Prohibited Activities
- Impersonating others
- Harassment or bullying
- Posting inappropriate content
- Spamming or solicitation
- Sharing confidential information
- Attempting to hack or breach security
4. Content Guidelines
When posting content on LCE Alums, you agree to:
- Own the Rights: You must own or have permission to share any content
- Be Respectful: All communication should be professional and courteous
- No Illegal Content: Do not post anything illegal or harmful
- No Commercial Use: The platform is for alumni networking, not advertising

Our Content: All platform design, logos, and features are owned by LCE Alums and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend accounts that violate these terms
- Remove content that is inappropriate
- Terminate accounts with repeated violations
- Refuse service to anyone at our discretion
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
8. Limitation of Liability
LCE Alums is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- User-generated content
- Third-party links or services
- Temporary service interruptions
- Data loss (please back up important information)
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email or platform announcement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
